Consult your dentist if you think you have bruxism.
Here are some things that you can do to help combat grinding your teeth:
- exercise more to reduce stress
- laugh a lot and have fun
- follow a healthy and regular diet
- avoid alcohol, coffee and sugary drinks
If bruxism has damaged your teeth you should see a cosmetic dentist to discuss whether crowns or veneers may be a suitable treatment for you.
